WHAT IS INVOLVED IN A HOME INSPECTION?
A home inspection is a non-intrusive visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your home. We start at the roof and work our way to the foundation. The inspection will take approximately three hours to complete.

Our goal at the end of each inpsection is for you to feel comfortable with the condition of the home that you are buying.

You will be provided with a computer generated cutomized report, on site, at the completion of the inspection. The report will detail our findings in a simple and easy to read format with digital pictures when possible.

Most importantly, A home inspection will provide you with the information you need to make sure your dream home is not just a dream.

WHY DO YOU NEED A HOME INSPECTION?

For most people, buying and selling a home is the largest investment you will ever make. A proper home inspection will provide you with the security and peace of mind that you are making an informed decision.

If you are selling your home we can help you prevent unexpected suprises prior to closing with a presale inspection and heat exchanger certification.

When you are buying a home, the best time to find out if there are any major problems is prior to closing.

This also applies to new construction. A home builder is much more responsive to your concerns before closing than when you are in your warranty period.
